Misty Croft work exclusively with separated children seeking asylum
many of whom have fled war torn countries, experienced trauma and
suffered the separation and loss of all that is familiar and dear to
them.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
* A recognised professional level 8 qualification in Social Care or
equivalent
* A minimum of 5 years? experience in Social Care in Children?s
residential services qualification
* A minimum of 3 years? experience in a management role I.E. Team
leader/Deputy manager
* Proficient in IT skills

responsibilities as a DLP
* To ensure care practices comply with relevant childcare
legislation, National Standards for Children?s Residential Centres,

* Demonstrate kindness and compassion
* Knowledge/experience of working with people from culturally
diverse backgrounds
* Full clean driving licence
* Participate in the on-call support system and if required provide
on-site support
